Where does Bilou come from?

Behind this innovative cookie is a family adventure. After several years of experience in snack products, Nicolas de Gastines had the idea for this novelty... in a helicopter! This professional pilot made an observation: there were no peanut butter cookies without chocolate on the Belgian market. He then remembered a delicious moment: his daughter and cousin pairing Nic-Nac crackers with peanut butter one day... down to the last crumb! The name Bilou came right after: it was the nickname his wife gave him when they were 15. The rest of the story wrote itself naturally: a meeting with Jean Galler who believed in the project, support from motivated and loyal investors, testing across all generations, and a cookie that melts the hearts of snack lovers young and old.
